RETURNS & EXCHANGE

INTRODUCTION

Every product typically shipped within 7-8 business days in metros and 8-12 business days for the rest of India of order confirmation and its absolutely free in case of pre-paid order value.

Items will have to be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.

What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?

We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.

How long will the return process take?

Once you request a return, arrange pick up will be done buy yourself. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 12-14 working days from the date of raising the return request.

What is INMADE’S Returns & Exchange Policy?

  1. Exchanges are only allowed on the same product if the incorrect size was ordered within 7 days of receiving the product, After our approval, Please dispatch product back to us using reputed courier to G-172, 2nd Floor, Molar band Extension, Badarpur Border, New Delhi -110044. The customer must cover the cost of shipping.

  2. Exchanges will be made only if the product is damaged when it is delivered.(Terms and Conditions apply).

  3. We rely on delivery partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others since we do not have our own delivery service. In the event of an exchange, the Delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location, followed by additional delivery charges for delivering the new product to the customer location. Because these charges are two-way, we request that our customers pay one-way charges i.e INR100 (same will be credited back to the customer's store wallet once the product quality check is completed).

  4. We reserve the right to refuse returns if it is obvious that the product has been worn, washed, or stained. Defective products should not be returned to us unless the Customer Experience Team confirms otherwise. (Terms and Conditions applied)

  5. If there is a manufacturing problem, or if you have any other questions, please contact us at inmadeoriginals@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt and please make sure items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  6. If you return an order placed during a sale, we will only refund the amount you paid in INMADE wallet, not on the current product price.

  7. If you cancel an order before it ships, you will get the refund to your bank account within 8-10 business days. Once the refund procedure is initiated, we notify our customers via email. Bank refunds will be processed in 8–10 business days.

  8. Masks, boxers, and shorts are not returnable due to hygiene concerns.
    No return / no exchange products also include stationary items like stickers.

Returns & Exchange as per INMADE’S Exchange Policy?

Mobile Covers, Posters, Coffee Mugs, Beer Mugs, Shot Glasses, Coasters and Fridge Magnets are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

Cancellation Policy

  1. We will not be able to make changes to the order once it has been shipped. If you want to make changes to the order before it ships, please contact us at info@inmade.com

  2. Order cancellation is not possible for prepaid orders. In case of COD, Kindly connect at our customer care.
